When Susan Falco and I first started to talk about bringing the Get Your Rear In Gear 5K, a national race to raise awareness of colon cancer, we knew we had a great idea but needed someone with the expertise to help make our dream a reality.  Susan had heard great things about Paige Hauff's race management history so we decided to have a meeting with her.  Susan and I are both young colon cancer survivors so we wanted someone who not only could help us with organizing certain aspects of our race but someone who "got" our cause.  Paige was that person. We were so impressed with her that we hired her on the spot!  Right from the start she understood what we had gone through and knew the importance of getting the word out about colon cancer prevention.  Paige customized her duties as Race Director to meet our needs and provided us with with great suggestions and insights that we never would have thought of on our own.

Paige's level of energy and enthusiasm for the Get Your Rear In Gear event is the same now, three years later, as it was at our first meeting.  She has helped (and continues to help) our dream become a reality.
